Our Services:
We can provide care for cats, dogs, birds, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, chickens, and other pets. Just share with us your unique routine, and you can depend on us.
Our dog walking rates start at $35 for a 30-minute walk. Additional charges may apply for longer walks or multiple dogs.
We also offer a 45-minute service, and a 60-minute service. These longer services can include walking, pet care services, and house services, such as mail collection, plant care, and garbage can moving for trash pick-up. We tailor the service to meet your needs. Contact Nana to get a quote for all services.
Yes. We can stay overnight, or each night of your vacation if you wish. Contact Nana to get a quote for overnight services.
Yes, we can either drop-in to check on your home while you are away, or we can stay at your house while you are gone. We will bring in the mail, water plants, take out your garbage cans (or bring in), etc. You let us know what you need.
To get a quote, call Nana or click the button at the bottom of this page to fill out the website form. Nana will call you to chat about the services you need. She will then text or email you a quote.
Messages received during normal business hours will usually get a response within the day. For messages received after normal business hours, you should get a response the next business day.
Contact Nana to confirm that you are booking. Her contact information will be listed on your Quote. A 50% Deposit is due at booking to reserve your date on the schedule. We accept payment through PayPal, Zelle, or cash payment.
Final payment is due at completion of services.
Nana recommends a Meet and Greet for each new client. A meet and greet is a short visit to meet each other, get acquainted with pets, share any details related to the pet sitting, and to get instructions for house entry, parking, etc.

EMERGENCIES:
In the event of an emergency, we will contact the Vet immediately. We will also contact you ASAP. If there are any other urgent matters, we will contact you immediately.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. If canceled before 48 hours prior, you will receive a full refund. If canceled in less than 48 hours prior to service, deposit will be forfeited.
